About this project:

Our client was concerned about extremely uncomfortable temperatures in her kids' rooms - one unbearably hot and the other too cold. She also complained of uneven temperatures in the master bedroom. We completed an ACCA Manual J load calculation to determine the needed airflow in each room and adjusted or added dampers to balance the airflow. We also repaired the return air duct from the master bedroom to improve airflow back through the system. These changes also reduced total static pressure in the system which will help efficiency and system longevity.

Within days, under extreme cold outdoor temperatures - our client reported greatly improved comfort in her childrens' room and in the master suite.
