We want to remove the “con” from contractor. We work for and partner with our Clients to identify solutions to their concerns. Our role is not to sell anything but to apply our specialist knowledge and skills so that our clients can decide the best course of action for their homes and families.

We are a problem-solving company. We provide options when possible and direct answers always. We outline multiple courses of action and share our opinion – based on experience and preference – when relevant to our Clients. We don’t sell. We identify problems, offer solutions and follow the lead of our Clients. We believe our Clients will select Zephyr as their provider of choice and recommend us to their friends and family because they value our partnership like we value theirs.
