Nick reached out for us to prepare his furnace for winter since they had recently moved in and had not had any prior maintenance.

Solutions provided:

The furnace functioned well and we recorded good numbers as we compared actual data against the manufacturer specifications. We cleaned the indoor coil and verified proper operation of all the common failure items - inducer motor, igniter, flame sensor, etc.

We also checked for carbon monoxide with our low level monitor at several locations within the house to confirm that the furnace and his family is not exposed to CO.
