Why did the customer contact us?

Juliana called about water around the furnace in the basement so we suspected a condensate leak.

Solutions provided:

We arrived to find water on the basement floor as described. On inspection we found a failed condensate pump and no safety switches on the condensate system. The client approved our recommendation to replace the pump and add a Safe-T-Switch to the condensate line, tying both in as safety switches to prevent future leaks.
