Jim is a maintenance client and this was our first heating season visit.

We found the system heating and cooling. On inspection we noted several items were approaching or just beyond manufacturer specification / best practice for service or replacement. We provided Jim an estimate for those items and recommended installing at least one low level carbon monoxide monitor in addition to the standard monitors already in place in his home.
