Why did the customer contact us?

Tim called about water leaking from the indoor unit at his rental property.

Solutions provided:

On arrival, we worked with the tenant to find the indoor unit exactly as described - full of water, with an overflowing condensate drain. Because of the original piping we were not able to access the condensate trap to clear it of a clog. We cut the pipe, installed a union and cleaned out of a severely clogged condensate drain system. We also found a very dirt indoor coil. We cleaned the coil in place and ensured the system drained properly before returning the system to service.
