Luca is a new maintenance client and this is our first heating season appointment.

We performed our standard safety, operational and performance checks. We found and replaced one failing contactor with client approval. We also cleaned the condensate pump reservoir (photos attached for a good sense of how dirty they can become) to maximize its life and effectiveness.
