Why did the customer contact us?

Walter contacted us for a heat pump system tune-up and decided to become a maintenance client before we got off the phone!

As this was our first maintenance visit, we like to take our time to thoroughly check the system and record our findings. This allows us to recognize changes in the system over time. Our goal is to use this information to identify and correct problems before they become a major failure.

For Walter, we completed a complete check of the safety, electrical, mechanical and refrigeration components of the system. We also clean the indoor and outdoor coils and check / change the filters to ensure efficient operation. Brian identified several safety items missing that we believe every system should have and an air quality item we recommend. He discussed those with the client and agreed we would follow up at a later date to move forward.
