Why did the customer contact us?

The gas furnace intermittently stopped working, never running long enough to reach set point on thermostat.

Solutions provided:

Zephyr arrived to find the unit as described, flashing a fault code for the pressure switch. On inspection we found a small bug had become lodged in the inlet port of the pressure switch. The bug was enough to disrupt the switch and cause the fault. We cleared the bug and returned the furnace to operation. The unit ran and returned the client's home to the desired temperature.
