Why did the customer contact us?

This was a combined visit for scheduled fall heating maintenance and to replace several failing items we identified during our spring maintenance.

Solutions provided:

We replaced a cracked condensate pan switch, converted his electronic air cleaner to a standard media filter, added a pound of refrigerant, replaced a failing electric heat contactor, and completed a general maintenance of the system. Importantly we also thoroughly cleaned the air handler cabinet.
