Drew is renovating his basement and wanted to separate the basement's comfort control from the main and upper level.

We installed a Durastar Sirius Series cold weather ductless mini-split heat pump. This system will ensure there is NO need for extra blankets and jackets during the winter and will also provide what little cooling and dehumidification the basement needs during the summer.

These units are incredibly efficient, very quiet inside and outside, and look pretty good next to the house as well. They come with a 10 year warranty and should provide years of reliable comfort.
