Why did the customer contact us?

Through the wall unit in the Tennis Building of the Forest Lakes community was no longer working and emitted a strong odor. We recommended replacing the system.

Solutions provided:

We completed a load calculation for the space and installed a new system suited to the space. Because of some water damage we found that needed repair, the Association also found and fixed some termite damage also. We replaced the unit and sealed the cabinet for both air leakage and water intrusion.
