Completion date: March 2, 2018 Location: Fredericksburg, VA Client is a builder who had been contracted to build a new mother-in-law suite on this home. The homeowner and the builder wanted an efficient system that would provide comfort and individual room control - i.e. not connected to the main system in the home. We installed a .75 ton single head, Daikin ductless heat pump with enhanced capacity heating. Essentially this system does not lose its heating capability when outdoor temperatures get cold - a normal design concern with heat pumps. This system not only looks nice inside and outside but produced over 100 degree hot air and low 50 degree air in cooling mode on final commissioning. This system works!Job completed for Darryl S.
