Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called us to diagnose why the single Gas furnace for the home was not heating on 2 separate occasions for 2 different issues.

Solutions provided:

Found both limit switches to be bad on the gas furnace. This was preventing the gas valve from opening. We had to make a return trip on a later date due to the system was 28 years old and parts were special order. Returned and replace both limit switches on the gas furnace.

Returned 2 weeks later after the customer contacted us again due to a pilot tube that was leaking. Replaced entire pilot tube for the customer.
