My furnace shut off during a cold weekend a few weeks ago, and I called Zephyr, among other HVAC companies, in a panic. Jesse picked up, and I quickly learned that they did not service fuel oil furnaces like ours. However, he still walked me through some basic diagnostics that helped immensely, for no compensation. I cannot overstate how amazing this was, to reach someone who was willing to interrupt his time with his family to give advice to a stranger. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, despite never having had them do any work for me. Truly excellent people, and I will be contacting them first for anything HVAC in the future.
